Robert Prince - The Night of the Doomsday Formula (1968)
Music clips culled from the season 4 episode of "The Wild Wild West" entitled "The Night of the Doomsday Formula" in which agent James West (actor Robert Conrad) and Artemus Gordon (actor Ross Martin) infiltrate the farm of retired General Kroll (actor Kevin McCarthy) to free kidnapped scientist Dr Crane-the inventor of a powerful explosive-and his daughter.
Notice the modernistic score of composer Robert Prince who fashions a pop and jazz-oriented sound combined with his weird lowkey dissonant texture. The score is one of the most recycled one during season 4, meaning that fourteen episodes feature a cue from that score.

Need a remake six trillion!
Both are still kicking…….I believe.
That $1 million made a difference!
James McAvoy has aged well
"its wild Steve...its wild!!!" classic 70's chat
The stunt work in this was excellent. I have to give them credit.
Every time a new video comes up , I have resub😬
I was four....watching shows that adults watched...and getting it. Now, we're in the show....and not understanding what the hell is going on.
New normal.
Man that is one kickass background theme.
I can't believe as a child.I thought this was cool
I thought I read somewhere that Lee Majors wanted to be paid more so the producers came up with the “7 million dollar man” to let him know he could be replaced
Lo que se podía hacer solo con cámara lenta y efectos de sonido.
The pure genius. Slow everything down for effect but actually don’t have to film as much
I was 8 years old! LoL That's was my favorite show. I had the action figures. And yes, along with the Jamie Summers episodes this was some of the best the series had to offer. That line, "it's wild" was so dramatic back then as everyone watching wished they had those abilities.💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Barney was really having a good time.
I loved this show, Lee majors was awesome. The soundtrack on these episodes was spit on. Both episodes with the 7 million dollar man and the Bigfoot epusodes were some of the very best, also Loved the ones with the Bionic woman, Lindsay Wagner. When i was a kid, and seeing how much steve loved Jamie 😍 was very special.
Friday night 7:00 where I live. After that, Planet of the Apes. I was set.
Unbelievable dam‘n good sound! Appreciate Pat Williams and his pretty gifted musicians!❤
Me too I'm 61
Its Wild Steve, ITS WILD 😊
This is just phenomenal, truly a moving piece
Don't Worry I will soon post the soundtrack (the real one one my channel with EVERY single track) RARE !!!!
It's interesting to think on it, but having the super powered legs wouldn't give him the agility or coordination to cope with all the speed from running and vaulting like this. I guess you just have to assume that he retrained his senses over time to handle the differences.
Waiting for the $8 million dollar man. This is like the Flash but the opposite.
Monte was the original choice to play Steve Austin but he turned it down..
Yo siempre guiñando el ojo derecho pensando que hera bionico
I was 4 years old!
Poor old china where showing us how it was done with JACKIE CHAN LOL
both of the bionic men in action
Was somewhat disappointed that Steve had to vault it-----😂.
October 8th 1969
He really likes his work
One million dollars more gets you an extra three inches.
Have to admit. The Steve Auston running towards the camera shot , i think no one in history has made it look that cool . period.
Well after dealers prep, title, tags, and adjustments for inflation: yeah! about $7,000,000.00😮
I'm surprised this tv show has never been remade to account for inflation (the 6 billion dollar man), and updated with modern CGI
I have to say. Monte Markham sure has a nice ass in this video. I had to pause it at 0:38 lol.
One thing I could never understand about the bionic people in this show, and in Lindsay Wagners's -- when you see them flipping cars over, okay, their bionic arms and legs could maybe be strong enough, but what about the ordinary human hip and shoulder joints they're attached to? What about the normal human spinal column and back muscles?
Oh, they would have ripped off instantly. That's why bionics are so limited.
1. That literally was the last thing kids of that era were thinking about 2. It's science fiction
Lets take a moment to appreciate how hard it is to run in tight pants and boots
Diffently wild.
Wondr what Elvis thought of it
Y'know... I loved all these shows in the 70's as a kid. And 80's as a young adult... But nowadays... Tgey are just so cheesy... I cant watch. Guess I'm spoiled.
You don't get much for an extra million.
Lee Majors was the best running actor.
this one was more expensive
Buono was Juan Manolo on the night of the inferno
Looks like the slow motion button wasn't working that week in the Editing Dept so they asked the actors to actually do the scenes in slow motion themselves
I WISH THEY HAD A BLK B.M. THAT'S BEEN SO 😎....
Ted Cassidy played Big Foot in Bionic Woman ❤❤❤❤
7' 4" Andre the Giant as Big Foot ❤❤❤❤
